INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS DAY, 10 DECEMBER 2021
On the occasion of the International Human Rights Day, 10 December, the Human Rights Centre "Antonio Papisca" and the UNESCO Chair "Human Rights, Democracy and Peace" of the University of Padova organise a series of events dedicated to human rights, in the 40th anniversary of the Human Rights Centre.

In cammino per la pace
On the eve of the International Day of Human Rights, on the 40th anniversary of the Human Rights Centre of the University of Padua and 60 years after the first PerugiAssisi March, the film "La storia della PerugiAssisi" (The history of PerugiAssisi) will be screened, followed by various interventions.

Diritti umani al centro
With this event, a series of dialogues on human rights will start the initiatives to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Human Rights Centre of the University of Padova, founded by Professor Antonio Papisca in 1982. It will be possible to follow the event both in presence (upon reservation and until available seats are filled) and on the zoom platform. Live streaming will also be available on the Centre's youtube channel.

I diritti umani delle donne quale paradigma politico e operativo dei centri antiviolenza
The Centro Veneto Progetti Donna, in partnership with the Human Rights Centre, Rel.Azioni Positive scs and Lancelibere, is organising a webinar that intends to consider the operational and political perspective of the work of anti-violence centres and the relevance of the discourse of human rights with respect to the construction of paths of liberation of women from violence within the framework of current governance.
